1-Open a web browser on any device connected to the same network as your IPTV device like a PC or laptop connected to the same network router.

2-Open this url >https://lg.novoserve.com/rerouteintel.php

3-If it gets stuck on a white screen, refresh the page until you see the progress bar.

4-Let the process does its job, it might take 5 to 10 mins.

5-At the end you should see the best route is chosen marked by green color.

6-Simply close the browser and now go back to your IPTV device.

7-Once done, reboot your IPTV device by unplugging and then plugging it back into the power socket.

8-The best network route is now set on our side for your ISP. Any client connecting to our LiveTV servers from that ISP will use this route and its set on our server side.

 

Note: 1 user from each ISP does this is enough for all clients using that ISP.
